Question:	I have a 5' post that has to be cut, any suggestions on height
Answer:	I would put the post covering next to the post and make a decision. Remember you will want the cover to go an inch or two into the ground. Note that if you choose to run the post all the way to the top of the cover you will need to drill through holes for mounting the shelf. This is what I did and it worked fine but if ease of installation is a concern cut the post below the shelf mounting holes.

Answer:	It's a hollow metal post. It is long enough to mount the mailbox at the USPO required height and only be a few inches into the ground. You use the wood post as the structural support for the hollow metal post. If you want your mailbox to stand up straight for many years, you need to dig a hole about 12-15 inches in diameter down to frost depth and cement the post into the ground. In my case the hole was 36" deep and I used (3) 80 lb. bags and temporarily braced the wood post while the concrete cured. This may sound like overkill but all of my neighbors mailboxes are leaning towards the street and mine is the only one standing up straight.

Answer:	Yes, it fits perfect, easy to assemble and it looks great, we have been very happy with the post/box combination. It's classy looking and well built. We shopped around for a good post/box combo and found some in the $400-500 range, way too much in my opinion, this is a great value. If you have an existing wood 4x4 mailbox post, cut it off about two feet off the ground and slide the new post over it then use the set screws and it's done.

Answer:	It really all depends on how heavy you make it (my family packed it full)...Pulling it in the sand is not difficult, you will be dragging it through dry sand anyways, but once you drag it back out and spray it off it is like new. Over time though the metal in between the wheels will start to rust, but that is in a few years of taking it to the beach. It is perfect for putting in between chairs...the handle on it is perfect as well height wise, I am tall and it does not hurt my back.

Answer:	A few things to check: - Is this between two AV1200 units, or between one of these and something slower (AV200, AV600, AV1000)? - Are these units on the same circuit? Specifically, in the circuit box in your house, does flipping one specific switch affect both of these devices? - If on separate circuits, are they wired for the same "phase"? (A 120V AC signal has three phases).

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean will the unit work outside I've never tried, but would think so if - the unit is plugged into a nearby outside ac outlet. There is a limit to the distance from the unit.

Question:	I'm confused...does this "combo" come with the post? Name implies it does but description sounds like it doesn't. I appreciate any help
Answer:	This is one solid plastic piece that has a hole in the bottom that you slide onto a wood post. We had to cut some off of our post to get it on there. It comes with bolts that you use to hold the plastic to the post so it will not come off. We really like ours.
Question:	Are the dimensions listed here correct? It says 22 x 12.4 x 15.2 inches. Does it mean it's only 15 inches tall? Need ground installation
Answer:	No it is a normal post that requires a 4 x 4 post in the ground with the rubbermail post over the 4x4. It is 22" long 12.4 wide and the 15.2 is the mailbox and paper holder. Great box

Answer:	The helicopter, train locomotive, and fire truck do not have the knobs. I'm looking at the picture for the answers as my grandsons have those puzzles at their homes. I can attest that under each puzzle piece an identical picture of each piece is attached to negative shape which holds the puzzle pieces.

Answer:	The mailbox is made of metal and will last about 10 years. I previously had one just like this one and bought the same to replace the old one. The metal rust at the ground level over the years.

Answer:	You have to dig a hole and stick the posts into the ground, then secure it with gravel, cement or something else -- then cover the hole.

Answer:	It works for the two drill presses I have. One is a Grizzly bench top the other a Sears Craftsman floor model. I don't know if it fits the chuck you described.

Answer:	I don't think so. This has a 5/16 inch pilot and the JT 33 is 1/4 inch.

Answer:	It should fit. I purchased mine as a secondary for an old 0 to 1/2 Jacobs chuck on a drill press (it has the standard Jacobs taper NOT Morse). The key also works on a 0 to 1/2 chuck (non Jacobs brand) that I use on my lathe.

Answer:	There is magic. You see, the photo shows no scale. The handle is actually well over 1 foot long, and to reduce the shipping weight they surround it with helium bags. Makes perfect sense. I'm sure you've seen those air bag packing pillows. Just fill with helium instead. Not rocket science. ;-)
