Answer:	I do not have this lock but I have a grandson with autism. His aunt is a locksmith and she came over & installed some locks at the top of my exterior doors that act as an extra deadbolt & have a pinch & pull system to open them that adults cannot always figure out. TEST TO SEE WHETHER THE LOCK APPLIES TO YOUR DOOR
