If there is no existing deadbolt or you want to remove your deadbolt, most of them will get this accessory in Lowes or Home Depot to cover the top or lower hole, depending on which hole you install Ultraloq. Question:	Is this lock weatherproof as to rain
Answer:	No it is not , i have this lock and if it gets wet it glitches badly . I have to put a piece of plastic over the lock to keep it from getting wet . Hope that helps you
Question:	Can it withstand direct rain
Answer:	I have mine exposed to rain and snow. Not directly since it’s an owning there but so far is working perfectly. Even below zero temperatures. We are in Chicago.
Question:	So there is no way to lock this from the inside
Answer:	I assume you mean from outside entry. If so then yes there are two ways. Normally it will automatically lock after a couple of seconds, unless it is in “passage“ mode. There is a switch on the inside just above the handle for private or general mode. In private mode it will be locked and only an administrator can open it from the outside. There is no way to lock it such the people on the inside cannot get out.
Question:	Stuck in passage mode after a year. Can we fix it

Answer:	I didn't order mine on 7/14/16. I ordered over a month ago, but mine expires Feb 20,2018...if that helps you any.

Answer:	I payed $12 last time I purchased this product. Now they are charging $14.48. It was a great deal but at this point it’s almost at or above grocery store prices. They don’t raise the price every time you buy it so I don’t know why Amazon does. Would also love an answer to this.

Answer:	Yep, Jan 2020 is fine, Feb 2020 they don't touch. I called the company and they confirmed the change but assurred me the cats wouldn't tell the difference. Um, he didn't wonder why I called, I guess.
Question:	What is the hub used for
Answer:	I've done once when I fed a street cat (it was abroad), and I didn't have any bowl or plate. After he ate about half, I decided to feed using a wood branch I picked up from the ground just in case the cat might injure the tongue.
