Question:	I just installed this door and programmed my personal code. it only unlocks the handle some of the time. am i missing something? is there a trick
Answer:	We have not had any problems. It opens every time we enter the code. Make sure the connector from the keypad to the door lock (inside the unit) is secured tightly and not pinched. If thats not the problem, the unit may be defective and I would exchange it for a new one.
