Answer:	Both of the units I ordered are well made without any welding issues.
Question:	what are the installation instructions for shelf
Answer:	The shelf did not have a mounting template as it should but you carefully measure the distance of the two mounting plate holes while in the back of the shelf and mark the location on your wall ensuring that the holes are level (at the same height) and correct distance and pre-drill the wall for the chosen anchors. Attach the mounting plates and then the shelf to the mounts. Should take about 10 minutes.
Question:	What is the weight that this shelf can hold
Answer:	A lot...I keep it on a wall next to my sink and it holds my q-tip holder, a large bottle of toner, all my moisturizers, sunscreen and electric toothbrush!
Question:	What are the dimensions? It doesn't mention the length
Answer:	i measured 19.75 wide... about 6 inches deep and slightly over 6 inches high... not sure where previous commenter got measurements from... im also happy with mine. good quality. i have it in my shower area. you can also look at the company photo with millimeter measurements and use an online converter to convert millimeter to inches... my measurements are closer to that as well.

Question:	Is it possible to shorten the arms by removing the end plugs, cutting the rods, and re-inserting the plugs
Answer:	The end plugs are metal and seem very firmly attached, not sure you could get them off without ruining them. I guess you could cut the rods down and put some other kind of end piece on, maybe you could find a rubber cap to fit.
Question:	Any idea what the diameter of each arm is (what size loop could slip over the end and be hung on the arm
Answer:	it is about 1/4 inch ; the loop could goes as 180 degree.
Question:	What is the weight limit on each rod? We have large towels that are quite heavy after use
Answer:	I don't know. It is sturdy. However, We were surprised on the size. The arms are small and so it would be difficult to hang large towel without folding it at least twice.
Question:	What is tje length of the towel bar, outward from it's swivel point
Answer:	From pivot to end of bar, the bar(s) is 11”. We tri-fold a bath towel on it, which works nicely. If you double folded (lengthwise) a bath-size towel, it would hang off the end by a few inches. It is a VERY nice towel bar so hope it works for you. Good luck!
