Answer:	I’m hanging a Surly Krampus with 3” tires from one of these. It works but I have to have the bike at a slight angle. You’d probably have to get creative with anything wider than that.

Answer:	This would depend on many different factors. Snowboard dimensions, shape, texture, hanging brackets, etc. These hooks should work as long as you have something the board that can attach to the hooks.

Answer:	They are sturdy hooks - if anchored in a stud or other solid material, would guess 30-40 pounds, maybe more. But that's just an estimate. Good quality hooks. If you need something stronger, I think they make some heavier ones that look very similar.

Answer:	I would say it does not install easily on a stud wall. I installed mine on the wide side of an exposed 2x4 and it works great. But the top portion of the hanger is too wide to be anchored into a single stud.

Answer:	It is fixed and easy to put the tire in, it is very convenient.

Answer:	Yes, we hang 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes, it fits well. It can also be mounted at different height, the kids can hang the bikes too!
Question:	Can this rack be drilled into concrete
Answer:	Yes, concrete is preferred. Concrete anchors are included but will most likely need a tapcon drill in order to insert the anchors. It says it should only be drilled into concrete, brick, or wood. No drywall. I tried with drywall anchors and it popped right out.
Question:	I want to store two bikes on a vertical hanger on the side of my shed. I only have 16 inches between my shed and my fence what are my options?Happ
Answer:	This comes in 3 sections that hold 2 bikes each. So yes you can hand 2 bikes vertically and you would have 2 sections for 4 more bikes left over

Answer:	You will probably need to get drywall anchors and screws to install them. I have mine installed on the garage walls but you can locate the studs on the wall it will hold it even better.

Question:	I bought the 3 bike system...one of our bikes has 2 inch tires...is there a hook I can buy and use for the larger tires
Answer:	If the 3 bike system is the same as the 5 bike system I had purchased the answer is “no”. You can ask the vendor directly if they have hooks for beach tires. I ended up returning the system and purchased large hooks which I mounted on a board then mounted it on the wall. It works beautifully. Also the hooks are rustproof.

Question:	Does the bike hook is fixed? Fold hook is difficult to take the bike out and hang up the bike
Answer:	Yes, the hook is fixed and does NOT move. Which makes it easier to remove the bike and prevent accidental release.
Question:	Is it possible to mount so that the back wheel is on the floor? I am thinking this could bear most of the weight with the floor
Answer:	Yes, you would have to have the right measurement. I have mine higher so the bicycles are off the floor.
