Answer:	I don’t think this is the device you need. This device communicates wirelessly using the Z-wave communication protocol. Not WiFi. You MUST have a Z-wave hub to handle this communication (I use SmartThings), which may then be able to connect to your Google Home system.

Answer:	Sort of. For the price, as a DIY part, this is the best z-wave outdoor switch I found. If you plug this switch into an "in-service" outdoor receptacle, and you fully close that receptacle cover over the switch cable, and the GE z-wave switch receptacle is facing downward, and the location is away from water spray, as from a lawn sprinkler, then the conditions are safely within the IP rating of the GE switch. IP 44 is suitable for an occasional splash of water. IP 65 is ok for a spray or jet of water.
Question:	will this work with a 1500 watt space heater
Answer:	The back of this product lists the electrical rating for various load types: 600W incandescent, 1/2 HP motor, or 1800W resistive. Therefore, the answer to your question is yes, this can switch your space heater on and off. However, Jasco's response is a good one to keep in mind - don't use this if there is a risk of causing harm. If your space heater can automatically shut off if it detects a problem, like the curtains next to it have caught fire, then go ahead. I would otherwise suggest some form of failsafe (like a mechanical timer to turn off the space heater after 30 minutes), or not using a smart switch.

Answer:	If the wiring behind the switch is pushing the switch out the only recommendation we could offer would be to contact a licensed electrician to redo or trim out any excess wiring behind the switch location. If the switch box is a much older or smaller than standard switch box, it may be necessary to remove and replace the switch box with a more standard box.
Question:	Why is the timer disabled every time it used
Answer:	The GE 46202 does not contain a timer. If you are referencing a timer function on the hub/controller that you use to control this device, then it would be necessary to contact the support team of that specific hub. This product simply receives a command when the hub is ready to turn it on/off from schedules, scenes, groups, etc. It does not interact with those functions on the hub though.
Question:	I feel confident that I installed correctly, but when I manually flip the switch it fails. Anyone run into trouble that they can give any tips on
Answer:	This switch is designed to work manually even if it isnt connected to a Z-Wave controller. While you are confident, the most common issue is either wires becoming disconnected when everything is pushed back into the junction box, or something not being wired correctly. This switch requires 4 wires to be connected to the back of the switch. Line, Load, and Ground are only 3 of those wires that are connected to a standard switch that you replaced this with. You will also need a neutral wire as well. This is typically a bundle of white wires in the back of the box. You will need to take the white jumper wire included in the box and connect it to the neutral terminal on the back of this switch, then connect it into the bundle of neutrals in the switch box. If you removed 1 neutral from the bundle and connected it into this switch, then it is necessary to put it back into the bundle and use the jumper wire included instead.

Answer:	Yes, all of the GE/Enbrighten Z-Wave lighting controls will work with SmartThings on any smart device that supports the SmartThings app.

Answer:	Yes, however to clarify this and another answer already posted, you must have a hub that supports this functionality. The GE 26931 is utilizing the Z-Wave Multi-Channel Command class to be able to address both the motion and the switch function seperately. At this time, only the Lowes Iris and SmartThings (using a community created device handler) can achieve this. It is necessary for the hubs to allow this command class and functionality before it can be taken advantage of. If you are using the Lowes Iris system, you would need to manually use button presses to put the GE 26931 into Manual mode, and then you can set rules to perform actions when motion is detected. For SmartThings, it would be necessary to locate a community device handler to properly take advantage of setting the functions of the GE 26931. We continue to work with other hub manufacturers, however at this time, those are the only devices we are aware of that can utilize the features we have created to perform as you have requested.
Question:	Is this switch smart enough to not turn on the lights when it is daylight? (i.e. does it have an ambient light sensor
Answer:	Yes, it can judge if it is daytime and respond by not automatically turning on the light. You just have to set it up that way. There are several options available. You just need to hold one of three certain buttons down on the switch to program it the way you want it. You can NOT connect the sensor independently to the HUB though, only the actual switch.
Question:	I want to use motion switches in a 3-way setup on a staircase. Can this switch be paired with another motion sensor
Answer:	Unfortunately at this time we do not have an Add-On Switch with a built in motion sensor, and you cannot use 2 Smart Motion Switches together.

Answer:	This product you are writing the question under is an on/off switch and does not dim. The dimmer version of this will operate similarly to the GE light. Please note that there is no delay, it immediately starts dimming down from the level its at to off, however many LEDs do not support every single 0-100% level and so the light doesn't noticeably start to get dim until it gets down further. This is an issue with almost any LED because of how they are made.

Answer:	I have the Z-wave switch; I don't think it is the dimmer version, but this method may also work with the dimmer version. After several failed attempts, I did not follow the instructions that came with the switch as they did not work. I had success with my Wink 2 hub as follows ... At the Wink app's Home Screen, select "Add to Wink", select "Lighting", select "Switches", select "Generic Z-Wave Binary Switch", Select "Next" three times and connect with Wink Hub., when Wink Hub 2 is ready -> then plug in the Z-wave switch. The Hub and switch should be paired and connected at that time. Good luck!

Answer:	All Z-Wave devices will require a hub to control them. This includes lighting controls to interact with Google or Alexa. You will need to use the hub's provided app to set up and control the dimmer, then link Google/Alexa with the hub to link them and allow control by voice command through their systems.
Question:	Ge enbrighten z-wave plus model 46203. trying to find out the actual specs for led watts is it 150 watts or 300 watts
Answer:	The 46203 was completely redesigned from the previous model 14294. That included increased and updated ratings for LED wattage. 46203 = 300 watts LED/CFL and 14294 = 150 watts LED/CFL.
Question:	Can this handle 1000 watts? If not is there a high wattage version
Answer:	This model has a maximum incandescent rating of 600 watts. We do not have a higher wattage version of the touch sensing dimmer.

Installing this Smart Dimmer means taking control of your homes lighting regardless of if you are in a different part of your home, the couch, work or away on vacation - all from your mobile device and Z-Wave compatible hub.

Nervous about complicating your homes lighting? With the Smart Dimmer you will still have the ability to manually control your lighting at the switch, just like your normal switch today. At the switch simply tap the switch up to turn on, tap down to turn off and hold in either direction to adjust the brightness of your lighting. This is to ensure that even if your hub is temporarily unavailable or you don't have access to your mobile device that you always have control and it makes sure your family, friends, and guests can access the lights should they need to with no confusion!

Question:	Can I use with Christmas tree lights
Answer:	The GE 14280 is specifically a lighting dimmer. It can only be used with dimmable LED, dimmable CFL and incandescent lighting. You must know for certain that all of your Christmas tree lights are dimmable in order to use this product to control them. If you would prefer an on/off product only, then you would want the GE 14282. It is important to note, that regardless of the GE Z-Wave device you control, you will need a Z-Wave certified hub/controller like SmartThings, Wink, Iris, etc. in order to control this and our other Z-Wave products.
Question:	Would this work correctly with a small load - such as a 5-7 watt nightlight
