| Answer: | I bought a set for my 2012 Wrangler Sport. They fit but be sure to adjust the direction of the LED chips using the supplied allen wrench. There is a set screw that you remove which allows you to turn the stalk that the LED chips are mounted on and clock them in the correct position. You want the LED chips to be facing at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions when the LED H13 assembly is installed into the headlamp housing. Also the LED chip that is farthest forward is the low beam and it should be on top of the high beam chip when its clocked correctly. I just finished doing this on mine after having them in the wrong position (10 and 4 o'clock positions) and what a difference it made. Hope this helps others with a Wrangler JK who are replacing their halogens. |

| Question: | Will this switch work properly with 2 wiring |
| Answer: | Most housed today are 3 wires. One (usually black) is hot, this one will shock you. One is neutral (usually white) completes the circuit. The third wire is a ground (green) white provides protection against lightening strikes and overloads. You should treat all wires as if they are live wires. You need to determine witch wire is live, getting them reversed can cause problems. To do this you need some kind of tester capable of determining this, you should be able to buy one for $300, it doesn't have to be expensive. It's usually a two wire tester. Simple touch one wire to the wire your testing and the wire to ground, if it lights up it is the live wire. Finally, yes it does work with two wires as described above. |

| Answer: | Mine, which is the same model number has 2 black wires and one green ground wire. The black wires go to the hot and neutral wires(usually black and white), doesn't seem to matter which one, and the green wire would go to the bare copper wire or green ground wire. My major concern with this switch is you have to turn the nob all the way counter clock wise to turn it off. You can't just push the button and it goes off and on, and comes back to the setting you left it at. It's a minor inconvenience but I would have preferred to pay more money for one that works the way I described. |
