I know it lights when it's dreary from a rainy day inside, which is very nice. I love the feature that it turns itself on when it starts getting a little dark and goes off when the sun comes in. And it only cost pennies a year to operate!!! How great is that??? There very well may be a way to change the bulb. I'm hoping you aren't having any problem with yours. It should last a long time. It couldn't hurt to ask next time in you go to a Lowe's or Walmart. But they are so cheap to be so beautiful, you my just want to purchase extra lights. That's what I do just about every time I order. Last time I purchased the ornate one with the candle that flickers like it's really lit. Sorry for such a long answer to a yes, no, I don't know question. For the price of the light and yearly cost, you just can't beat these little jewels.
