Answer:	You CAN use this for a space heater if you're careful. If you do it wrong, you could start a fire as someone else stated. Regarding safety, if you're looking at the amazon ad for the 26892 model, the electrical limits are listed as 125V 50/60 Hz, 15A 1875W General Purpose/Resistive, 10A 1250W Tungsten, 1/2HP. The main thing is to make sure you don't exceed the amps and watts limits for the total load. Note, when you see tungsten, think conventional incandescent or halogen lights. Note that the limits for those are lower. All parts of the chain of devices from the outlet through the timer and any extensions must be able to support the maximum load you'll draw. So, if the outlet, and the timer, and the extension (if any) can safely provide enough power to the space heater, then it can work. The heater would probably have to be the only thing on the breaker that serves the outlet, and the only thing on the timer, and must draw less than the 1875W stated above.

Answer:	You will have to wait until next day for it to turn on. It does not apply the setting until the time passes it. It is a stupid implementation.

Answer:	The way you worded your question, the answer is yes. You can use multiple features at once. There are three preset time intervals you can use, morning, evening, and all night. There is a 4th custom on and off time you can set. So, if you activate morning, evening, and custom, you could have 3 separate intervals where the load runs every day. Activating morning, evening, and all night will give a slightly different time period than just all night. If you activate countdown, you could have a 4th interval which would run once. So, if the preset time intervals work for you, you can have 2 preset intervals and one custom interval all running every day. But you cannot have multiple automatic custom intervals.

You have to use one of their 3 preset times. You can use the countdown feature for any amount of time you want, (1 minute- 24 hours), but you would have to re-set the amount of time you want it to count down, each time you use it. Question:	Has anyone used this for a block heater on their diesel truck? Can it handle a continuous 6amp load
Answer:	I haven't tried it in that application, but I would feel safe in using it for a block heater. It appears to be very well constructed with quality parts.
Question:	I need a 1-5 timer. Turn on for 1 minute, every 5 minutes. Will this be able to be programmed to do this
Answer:	no, this is a 24 hr. timer. you could set it on 15 m. then off for 15

Answer:	No ,not without unplugging it , and connecting your devices directly into the outlet .

Answer:	Set the time to go on in the correct zone(Day or Night) by pushing in the pins. Next plug in the lights or whatever you want to go on. Plug in power to unit. Spin the dial around until lights go on...Then set dial to correct time.

Question:	i have one of these and the dial has siezed up and I cant turn to set the current time....what lubricant do I use? less than a year old
Answer:	Same thing happened to me after being out in the harsh Arizona heat, dust and monsoon season. Mine runs my large water fountain in my back yard. I thought about a lubricant but it’s electric and I did not want to try to open it up. I just ordered another one, received it next day and working like a champ again. Not sure what would cause it to seize up after one month. I manually turned my dial through the cycle probable a dozen times thinking something (dirt, dust, water, whatever got inside causing it to seize) and it worked fine again for about another month and I decided to just get another one. I had other more expensive dials before this one in other homes that did not last. This one is reasonable in price and pretty reliable.

• Notes:
• Do not attach a device that exceed the unit ratings.
• in case of power failure, please reset the time.
• The timer must be mounted in a vertical position with the outlets facing downward and at least 2ft above the ground level.

Pull all pins up

All the pins have been pushed down in advance. When you get the outdoor timer, please pull them up when you try to set it.

Rotate it to the current time

Clockwise rotate the timer dial to the current time. (make sure PM/AM is correct.)

Push down the pins of ON time

Be sure you push all the pins down for the run time. Set the manual override switch on TIMER mode and then plug it in.
