Answer:	It is very simple any Hardware Shop in your area that sell electronic goods that includes accessories and all sort of types of wires that are used in connection with electronic Audio Video Devices should have in stock . However , it would be advisable to take a note the specification of the wire type originally supplied with your Door Video Bell , have it written down and if you have a small piece of wire say 4 inches long take it with you to the shop and ask them to give you exactly the same spec type. Otherwise if you cannot get it which I doubt as the wire is standard type order it from the Supplier of the Unit in question , there should be Suppliers Contact Details in your Order or ask Amazon for the Suppliers Contact details . Now it is the time to connect the Power to the Monitor using specially supplied power unit it looks some what like your Smart Phone Charger ensure that it is for the right Voltage Supply that you have you can easily check by looking at the back of the Power Unit it is all there for you to see . Find the point where the Pin end is inserted . Turn on the Internal Monitor Screen if the supplied cable was connected properly to both the External Bell Ringer Unit as well as the Internal Screen Monitor it will supply the Power to the Ringer outside via the supplied wire . Every else should then work as designed for . I know mine of the Model worked fine to this day some 8 Months on . Answer:	In the smart life app hit the + sign and choose socket. Plug the socket into the wall and hold the power button until you hear a sound and it’ll begin to blink quickly. Follow the directions in the app. If the socket stops blinking while connecting press the power button again until it starts blinking again. Make sure you’re socket is plugged in near your internet modem while setting it up. Also make sure your phone is near the socket. After it’s set up you can plug it into any plug in the house but initially it has to be programmed close to your wifi modem. Hope it helps.

Note:

1.The factory setting of the indoor machine is in the shutdown state. After receiving the goods, please long press ON/OFF key button for 3 seconds to turn on the indoor unit.

2.Outdoor machine will return to sleeping mode if it does not detect action within 25 seconds. Please click CALL button on the outdoor machine to activate it. Each conversation must be initiated by outdoor machine, and then the indoor machine can talk with the outdoor unit after receiving the ring.

3.This wireless intercom doorbell is a unidirectional transmission system with the same frequency. You cannot speak to your visitor and listen to them at the same time. Please wait until the visitor is done speaking to press the TALK key to respond.

4. Please note that you will need to set the same channel if you want 2 intercom doorbells to receive communication. It also means any other FM wireless intercom device can communicate with your system if they have the same frequency. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system if they are using intercom device. We suggest setting your system to another channel to avoid interference.

Troubleshooting:

Problem 1: Does not work

Possible solution 1: Check if the indoor machine turned on. If not, please long press the ON/OFF key of the indoor machine to activate it.

Possible solution 2: Check if both devices are charged. Charge devices at least 1 hour and try again.

1. Test the doorbell: Can 2 people to test or (camera and monitor)maintain a distance of more than 10ft, too close will produce harsh noise, but this is normal.
2. If the screen shows black /blue/, please check if the power/ cable/ is connected,there is a protective film on the display.so look a little old.
3. If the intercom has no sound or is too small, please adjust the last turbine on the right side of the screen.
4. If the door camera call does not ring, please reconnect the power.

The outdoor unit will work for 4-6 moths when fully charged, since it will enter sleeping mode to save power if it does not detect any operations within 25 seconds. But outdoor unit only have 20% power when you get it, so please fully charge it at first before installation.
