Answer:	I wouldn't recommend it the more you hook together the more the amps drop. Could cause damage to equipment running under powerd at full load. For this reason I purchased the 50' rather than adding a small ext. to my 25ft cord.

I need the extra cord due to the placement of the RV when I am at home, so I came up with the idea of placing the connection on top of a brick then I bought a plastic bucket and cut out a section on both sides for the cord to pass through and position it over the connection. A second brick prevents the bucket from blowing away.

Answer:	You will need an adapter to take the 50a to be using onky 30a. You can get a "pigtail" that has a female 50a on one end to hook into the power cord from your camper and it will have a 30a male end to plug into the power outlet. If you have a 50a camper, you will not be able to run everything if plugged into 30a outlet. You have 20a difference.
