Answer:	This is just an adapter, not a converter. Not all appliances need a converter. Rule of thumb, if it heats (hair appliances) or cools, it probably needs a converter. Check the voltage range on the appliance. I understand that Israel is 220-240, so if it falls within that range or you have dual voltage, you would only need the adapter. For instance, I only needed the adapter for my phone & camera chargers. FYI, some appliances, like hair dryers may be dual voltage. There may be a switch to change voltages (mine turns like a screw). In that case, you would not need a converter, only an adapter.

Regarding your question on surge protection or "frying your devices", the two things to check are the voltage and frequency of the current being delivered through the wall outlet, and the input ranges of your devices. Answer:	When looking at the pictures it says 6 Amp output. A hair dryer would need up to 15 Amps. I've melted plenty of adapters in the past when I used to live overseas.

Answer:	It does not convert electrical current, plug adaptation only. You would need a separate device for anything without it’s own converter. Most appliances/devices made in the U.S. come with their own converter that operates between 110-240v AC. Just look on the wire where a thick box is and it will tell you.

Question:	I don't see where my laptop plug in goes into it. i just see two usb ports. does it have a spot for a normal u.s plug in to go into it
Answer:	There are not 2 USB - C. One is the PD/QC, through it, the limits are: @5V, 3A; @9V, 2A; @12V, 1.5A. Ok, you can use it as an USB-C! Through the only on USB-C, the limits is: @5V, 3A. Through each USB-A (There are 3) @5V, the limit is 2.4A. But, if you is using a single USB-A, the limit is 3.1A. At the end of the day, total consumption of the USB ports should not up to 33.5W.
