Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	I didn’t use the lotion that much as I bought it for husband. We both used their shampoo, body wash & liquid hand soap and neither of us had any skin issues, eg. drier skin, rash, etc. I think it all depends on the person but since I have lived in several states with cold winter months, and I have problematic skin, I would say ok for the summer but the winter?? Answer:	The flippers claim to work on any Werner ladder, my extension ladder is the smallest one. My guess is that it would work. The instructions say to drill-out the rivet, the peened-over end (not the rivet head). They tell you the diameter of drill bit to use for that. My advice is to take a couple of pictures of the old ones before you disassemble. It is slightly tricky to position it so the spring has the right force on the flipper. I am very happy with this product.

Answer:	It appears some Podiums may also lock-In ladders but I don't know that all are. If you have the two openings/holes on the top guard rail then they are for the accessories. Trust that helps.

If you own the ladder already, it will have two tapered holes in the front to hold screw drivers etc. This bucket keys into those to attach to the top of the ladder. I’d also recommend the tool lasso kit, (bungee cords with balls on them), at the same time. The two items paired together make it far more convenient to work on the ladder. the bucket gives you somewhere to hold materials, and small tools, such as a torpedo level, and the tool lassos let you hook the drill and impact driver to the sides of the top step and keep them from falling to the ground.

Multiple Working Positions

The only ladder you may ever need, each MT Series ladder is incredibly versatile and can be easily converted to a stepladder, stairway stepladder, twin stepladder, extension ladder, or two scaffold bases to be used with a plank (plank not included).

The MT Series is available in four models--MT-13, MT-17, MT-22, and MT-26--allowing the choice of the perfect size for individual applications.

Twin Stepladder Position Supports 300 Pounds Per Side

When set up as a stepladder, the Werner MT Series has a load capacity of 300 pounds per side, including person and materials.

Easy Conversions and Height Adjustments

Each ladder's inner section allows it to be folded into three set positions: extension ladder, twin stepladder, and storage. Each of these configurations is made possible by using the push-knob locking hinges located on the sides of the ladder.

Height adjustments are also a snap thanks to the spring loaded J-locks. Simply disengage the J-locks on either side, telescope the section out to the desired length (in one-foot increments), and then reengage the J-hooks.
