Answer:	Operating this ladder is tougher than Chinese arithmetic. I operate the hinge after extending the legs. And before retracting legs. Be careful as it is to get pinched.

Answer:	I haven’t figured it out yet either. I think those two small plastic zigzag pieces on the clamp need to be removed in order to fasten it around the appropriate rung. I think those are there to strengthen the clamp during shipping it not sure. Still investigating.

Answer:	The web site is mistaken. The ladder extends to 15.5 ft...but would only get a person up safely to about 11 ft. Need good amount of lean onto the building and up a foot or so past the roofline. Don't go near the top rung to stand. I do enjoy the ladder and its compact feature when not in use. If you are over 200 lbs, you will need the most sturdy ladder they make. At 180, this does have a bit of bow when I am on it. Hope this helps. LTD

Answer:	AA batteries are required to operate the thermostat. The 'C' wire can be connected but the thermostat will not function without the batteries.
Question:	How much noise does the ladder make when climbing it? And extending and restracting as well
Answer:	The AA batteries are required. The thermostat cannot use a 'C' wire for power. There are 2 warnings for battery power, but instructions say to replace batteries yearly even without seeing warning. If changed quickly, you don't lose anything, but they say you don't lose programming-only date and time if slow like me!

Answer:	Hi, there. If you want to fully extend the ladder, you can pull it from the top. While if you want to partially extend it, you need to pull it from the bottom or from the middle rungs.

Answer:	No there is no rubber feet at the base, only with the stabilizer bar. I personally like having the stabilizer bar because my brother bought one without the stabilizer bar which had the rubber on the feet and when starting to climb up the ladder it started to sink on one side. So I bought this one with the stabilizer bar but thats up to you which one you like. They are both great and both are light weight and they are a great product to buy, worth the cost and the nice thing is,,it fits easily the my Chevy SonicTurbo without having to put my seats down. Answer:	Not sure what the rizer is, but the seat is 4 inches thick and the handles on each side rise above the seat 5.75 inches.

Answer:	I don’t think you can to a shorter ladder height without dropping it the full way. The ladder is released with two sliding buttons on the bottom rung. Once released the levels collapse. To readjust the ladder to a lower height it’s quite easy to collapse the ladder the raise to that new height.
Question:	How do I connect the feet? There is a little bar inside the slot where the bar containing the feet is suppose to fit, blocking the installation
Answer:	No, if you start extending the bottom rung first. It you extend the top rung first, then yes you will have to extend the entire latter before you use it. Read / follow the instructions provided. This is a great ladder.
