Answer:	I can see where "ITEM WEIGHT 39 Lbs" would throw you off in the specifications. My guess would be about 39 pounds?

Answer:	On the Little Giant website, go to the "What's New" section, and those are the features the Revolution model offers above and beyond this model. To recap, the Revolution is approx. 20% lighter, has a quad-lock hinge (4 pins instead of 2 in the lock), and due to the new pins, it has a new lever called a "Rock Lock", which is a push and release lock on the sides to adjust the ladder. While any sort of weight reduction is a good thing (when still rated for the same load), don't let this weight reduction fool you into thinking the original model is overly heavy. I have the 22' model, and I find it easy to move around. The quad locks are debatably useful, as I have never felt my 2 pin design was unstable or even the least bit wobbly. The redesigned release locks do sound nice however, as the original ones take a little getting used to.

Answer:	Actually we had to return the first one due to a damaged bent rung. That one barely had 3’ of a box on the top end. The second delivery was much better and it had cardboard on both ends and was much better delivered. The ladder is great. Delivery was by 2 People so it is an outside delivery company.

Question:	Is this positioned on the gutter when cleaning the gutter? Are there any safety measures or features to prevent falling over left or right
Answer:	The only way to prevent it from falling over left or right is to keep all your body within the ladder. You can extend an arm out, maybe 3 feet away. If you start pulling to hold yourself with your other arm, you start to pull the ladder to that side and only then you run the risk of starting to slide to that side. You can use standoff bars, etc, but I would not trust these. Also to make sure the ladder is well balanced, first set it to the proper inclination as indicated on the ladder.. in general, as the tip of your feet are just under the first rung, extend your arms and your fingers should rest on the rung at the shoulder level. Then to balance it step on the first rung, grab the sides and swing back just enough to lift the top off the wall/gutter it rests on. The ladder should remain vertical. If it sways one side of the other, you need to reposition it or prop one of the feet. I hope these partial tips help, and there is more to know to operate a ladder safely, be careful!

Answer:	The actual size if the "18" x "24" x 1 is 17 3/8 x 23 3/8 x 3/4. It says this on each filter. I compared it to an older one that I have and they are almost the same size give or take 1/8 in. It seems that we are being cheated again. Pay more, get less!!!

Answer:	Yeah, put the bar where it's supposed to go, up against those little plastic tabs, and pound it in to place with your palm (or hammer if need be). They'll break off allowing you to slot the feet into where they need to be to align the slots with the bolts. I'm not making this up. That's how crappy this product is. You literally have to snap off molding tabs in order to get the parts to line up. Worst. Ladder. Ever. But you'll find that out once you get past this step and on to trying to actually use the darn thing.

Answer:	The ladder is made of aluminum and this ladder is not hard to extend to 16ft (relatively short compared to 24ft or 28ft ladders which definitely need rope & pulley)

Answer:	The 20' is about 27lbs. and the 24' is around 33lbs.
Question:	I need to go up two stories to the gables for a light fixture. What length ladder do I need
Answer:	That depends on how many feet it is to the gable. For a normal sized two story house with a four foot high gable & three to four feet from the ground to the first floor, you would probably need a 30' ladder. if it's a low roof & the first floor is close to the ground you could get a little shorter ladder. Better to have a little extra ladder than not enough!
