Answer:	Yes, the feet are removable. However, since i have the baskets stacked on a granite countertop, I am using with the feet. Also, the feet adds a nice touch to the look.

Answer:	I haven't measured but in my case it solved my problem. Basically -- I am painting my house and I was facing a particular problem. At the roof line, how can I take off the gutters while the ladder is sitting on them. The stand off made it possible to stand off from the roof itself. Anyway, the width is equal to a typical American window width and the stand off it about 6 inches at the top. Hope that was a little helpful ....

Answer:	It is designed to use on a wall but I also have vinyl and have a small addition that is flat enough for a membrane roof. I can use the end (with no gutter) to place the ladder on the facia and since it is covered with aluminum does no damage. I would suggest getting gutter screens to avoid this task completely.

Answer:	I was skeptical about this being able to rest on the roof when I cleaned gutters. But it works. I have a shallow sloping roof and the stabilizer rests on the roof about 8 inches above the gutter with the ladder at an appropriate angle. I can clean the gutters without damaging them, which was why I purchased the stabilizer. It shouldn't hurt the shingles as long as you're careful.

Answer:	AA batteries are required to operate the thermostat. The 'C' wire can be connected but the thermostat will not function without the batteries.

Answer:	The AA batteries are required. The thermostat cannot use a 'C' wire for power. There are 2 warnings for battery power, but instructions say to replace batteries yearly even without seeing warning. If changed quickly, you don't lose anything, but they say you don't lose programming-only date and time if slow like me!

Answer:	There is a stainless steel mesh but I think it is mainly for critters and bigger bugs. I don’t think it can keep mosquitos out but roaches and other beetles definitely. We have not had any rain water issue but our roof does not have a high pitch, so I can’t say that for everybody.

Answer:	No it does not have Wifi as long as the sun is shinning its running. It does have a temperature sensor as well as humidity however it seems a very low temperature.
Question:	Essential to place folded step ladder leaning against side walls of stairs. Will this tool work
Answer:	I'm not sure as I live in the southern part of the USA, but I can't see why not. Although it still hasn't been real hot yet here, there's been a few 90 degree 'real feel temperature' days and I can tell its helped here. I'm interested to see how well it works when its 105+ degrees. Maybe if you had a small amount of insulation it might help to move it around but I probably would just look into maybe some sort of attic fan that moves air within the attic and doesn't vent outwards.

Answer:	The ladder just leans against it. It does seem pretty secure, as long as the ladder is angled to lean against the house. Also, I have seen devices you can buy that you can clamp the ladder to the gutter, if you want. You can find them on amazon.

Answer:	I'm not sure what a speed screw gutter hanger is, but I can tell you this device rests in between the supports for the gutter. It is easily placed using a broom handle and when the ladder rests against it there isn't pressure on the gutter. The rubber on the device helps to hold the ladder in place and the ladder is very very stable.
Question:	Will the weight of it and the ladder cause an alluminum gutter to sag
Answer:	It worked well with my Little Giant ladder. The weight of the ladder is against the back of the gutter so it doesn't touch the front of the gutter that would cause it to bow or sag.

Answer:	Hello Chadwick,Yes, this is the same ladder as the telesteps ladder and as long as you adjust the Lockjaw properly, it will work on the Extend & Climb. It won't be as snug fitting as a rectangular style ladder would be but would certainly add stability. A safety note.***In most cases the Xtend & Climb is not designed to allow you to access a rooftop as it doesn't extend long enough to give you proper access past the roofline. Extreme caution should be used if using this type of ladder to gain access to top of roof and should never be used on a job site as it doesn't meet code.

Answer:	Mine came in a beat up box and u-bolts were missing. I returned it and bought another one from Zoro. The U-bolts and a few other screws are included with the stabilizer.
