Answer:	Absolutely, you can assign one of the Brilliant Control touch sliders to control your Hue light or Hue group of lights. Just make sure to have a neutral, common (line), and ground wire connected to the Brilliant.
Question:	Can the Alexa feature be turned off
Answer:	By default, Alexa is not enabled. Alexa is only turned on if you log in to your Amazon account to connect the two products. You can even remove the Alexa icon from the display screen via advanced settings.

Answer:	Yes. For the bulb to be controlled by wifi you have to have it in the on position. If the bulb is “off” via the app, turning the switch off and on will make it turn on. If the bulb is “on” via the app, turning the switch will make it turn off, but you will not be able to control the bulb via the app.
Question:	will this work with a UK plug? is it 220v compatible
Answer:	The likely cause: The light is not connected to the LIFX cloud. The most common fix is to switch off at the light switch, wait 5 seconds, switch back on, wait 20 seconds. If you have your LIFX and Alexa accounts integrated (i.e. you’ve enabled the LIFX skill), the Alexa app should notify you that a new light has joined the network. You may have to repeat once or twice if it doesn’t work the first time.

Question:	There are only 2 wires in existing switch. can i use this smart switch
Answer:	The handle that sticks down from the head on the inside of the tripod legs is your mounting handle. The head has a long screw on the bottom of the head which fits through a hole in the bottom of the 75mm bowl. The long handle screws onto it. This is so you can level the head on the tripod using the bubble level, and for removing the head from the tripod if desired. To remove the head from the tripod, unscrew that long handle that sticks down in the middle. Once it is off the screw, you can lift the head right out of the 75mm bowl. The large knob on the left side of the head is your tensioner adjustment for up/down tilt movement of the head. You can make the head easier or harder to tilt with that knob. The knob on the right side of the head is the lock for the up/down tilt movement. Once you adjust your up/down tilt movement where you want it, you can lock the head from any further up/down movement with that knob. The large knob in the center of the head is your tensioner for left/right panning movement. Use it to make your panning movements easier or harder. The little knob in the center of the head is the lock for the panning movement. Once you have the head panned where you want it, you can lock the head with that knob to prevent any further panning movements. To sum it all up, you can use this head for still shots or for making videos. The tensioner knobs can be adjusted so you are comfortable with panning and tilt movements so that you aren't panning or tilting too quickly which is distracting when watching videos. The lock knobs are handy for still photos where you compose your photo then lock the head in place so it won't move when taking still photos. I have used this head and tripod out in the mountains for still photography and video. It does a pretty good job for both. There are times I compose a still shot, then lock the head in place so my camera won't move, in order to take several photos of the same shot and adjust my aperture, shutter, ISO, white balance, etc. The end result is I can download those photos on my computer and see the differences between each shot, but the photo itself is the same composition for each shot. For my videos, I prefer a little bit stiffer adjustment with my panning and tilting tensioners. That way whether I am tilting up/down or panning from one side to another, the head is making slow movements which is preferred in videos. I hope this helps. It's a good head and I've taken some really good photos and videos with it. One caveat: There is a small round knob on the left/back side of the head which faces you when you are behind the head. It is supposedly for balancing the head. I have reached out to Neewer on this and they have no clue. I also found NO documentation for that knob and how it is supposed to work. Maybe someone else has had better luck. All in all, this tripod/head combination is a good set up for the price and I am very happy with mine!
Question:	Why there are 4 wires in the smart switch
Answer:	Yes they are. I bought a Manfrotto MVH502A video head with 75mm half ball that is compatible with this Neewer Professional Heavy Duty Video Tripod simply because the Manfrotto MVH502A is a bit bigger and more robust than the video head that comes with the Neewer tripod. The quick release sliding plates that came with the Neewer tripod are compatible with the Manfrotto MVH502A. However, because the Manfrotto head is larger in dimension than the Neewer head that comes with the tripod, the Neewer plates are not as long as the slide track in the MVH502A. You can buy 5.5 inch Manfrotto style plates on Amazon like I did and they will fill the slide track on the Manfrotto head. However, before you go that far, you may want to try out the Neewer tripod/head set up just as it is. It is quite robust itself and your camera won't move once you lock it in the Neewer head unless you move the head. I just run a bit picky when it comes to my photography which is why I bought the Manfrotto head and longer plates.
Question:	Is it easy to setup
Answer:	The video head is capable of tilting fore and aft and has hydraulic tension (the counter balancing system) that will return the head to an upright, balanced position. You can loosen the tilting tension and lock knobs and tilt the head fore and aft by hand; once you let go, the head will right itself to a balanced position. This is for keeping your camera rig balanced and level while filming video. The Dynamic Balance Knob located on the left rear of the video head (just left of the bubble level) is for disabling the counter balance system. It is a spring-loaded knob. Pull it out about half an inch (you will feel tension when you do) and turn the knob about 1/4 turn to the left. That locks the knob in an outward, extended position. When you do this, the counter balance system is disabled and you can tilt the video head fore or aft and it will not return to an upright balanced position. It will just stay in the position where you tilted the head. In order to restore the counter balance system, the Dynamic Balance Knob must be again pulled against tension and turned about 1/4 turn back to the right. Then you must manually tilt the video head back to the upright, balanced position. When you do, you will hear the Dynamic Balance Knob snap back into its resting position and the counter balance system will be restored.
Question:	I installed 1st device no problem. The second, the light flashes green but when I either autoscan it only finds 1t device I installed? can find 2nd
Answer:	I use a 40 inch motorized slider with it and also a small boom, both with larger cameras and rigs and I can tell you, the video tripod holds the weight and supports those off balance moments when you've move the camera to the edges of the slider or out on the boom arm. Its a beast and holds its own... I love it!

Answer:	No, it doesn't work. I have one of these, and it works fine for 3 prong plugs, but not with an adapter. You can run through the setup and program it correctly, but it doesn't switch on or off when automated.
