If you have a zoning panel (HZ432) with multiple zones and multiple wireless thermostats, you would need the Zoning panel, EIM (control the main thermostat + connect to HVAC equipment) , RedLink wireless adaptor + wireless thermostats (to control each zone), and the gateway.

Answer:	When properly installed this sensor will let the thermostat know what is the outside temperature. It is then up to the thermostat to control heat or cool according to its settings. My thermostat is set so if the outside temperature drops below 45 deg. F. the heat pump turns off and the gas furnace turns on. I am not sure if there is a setting for maximum outside temperature to stop the AC.

Answer:	The panel is wired to your furnace and controls when it comes on/goes off based on if any zones need any heat. I'm not familiar with your wood burning furnace and if it has some sort of controls on it. I would guess not. In any case, I think the panel is set up really to drive one furnace at any given time. Having two separate furnaces, even if you could control both of them, might be a bit difficult to control correctly. You probably don't want both of them to come on at the same time. Maybe more likely you would want one to be used primarily and the other as a backup/supplement. Having set up a couple of these units in a couple different houses, I've not seen anything in the setup that would support two separate furnaces like that. Best of luck!
