Answer:	The adhesive provided was nice and tacky, but I imagine a sheet vinyl adhesive with a really small notch would work in addition. I’d spread it really thin to prevent any seepage on the seems.

Answer:	No I wouldn't recommend it. I use a soap/cleaning solution and a microfiber mop. I bought a Turbo Mop and it works well.

Answer:	As per the manufacturer there is no additional glue needed for the installation of this product.

Answer:	Not sure what the max weight is but with the mattress and my wife and me, it is easily 500lbs. This can hold a lot of weight. I would use thick screws to fasten it like a #8 or thicker.

We bought two kits. This one and the other version. https://www.amazon.com/REXBETI-Laminate-Installation-Reinforced-Double-Faced/dp/B07S2PC6K9/ref=sr_1_14?keywords=REXBETI&qid=1580133008&s=hi&sr=1-14 The hammer on the one you are looking at fell apart. Otherwise the kits are the same except the color of the plastic. We has 7mm laminate and even then we has some problems with the top of the laminate chipping off the backing. I suspect the 3.5mm laminate would be weaker then the 7mm and it's likely you would have more problems. In youtube videos they use rubber mallets on the surface of the laminate but we did not try that method. The laminate we used was from Costco
