Answer:	Depends on what is wrong. Check the wiring connections first. When I had difficulty getting it to work it was because the old wire ends had corroded so I just needed to cut the old wires shorter so get rid of the corroded ends.

Answer:	It is really shame that Chamberlain myQ decided to NOT support SmartThings. After their announcement to support it (which was if I remember 2015 or 2016), I actually switched all of the garage openers to be myQ compatible... which ended in major disappointment because they never got out the integration. There was a manual integration that a SmartThings user did, but even this one is now defunct.
Question:	Why does chamberlain charge a fee when the other devices are free
Answer:	This is a shame and Chamberlain should be embarrassed. It's pathetic. I would rather pay $10-20 more to never pay a subscription fee as long as I own the device. Aonthly or annual fee is just sickening and it's the singular reason why I have not purchased this product. Everything I own is Chamberlain. By including a fee, they have completely ALIENATED A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Am I also understanding this correctly that Alexa does not have a subscription fee for integration?

Question:	How does the camera work and what does it plug into? How long is the cord
Answer:	The camera plugs into a standard wall outlet and operates via Wi-Fi in conjunction with the Ring app. You follow the directions to link the Key app, myQ app and the Ring app so they can communicate with each other. I think the camera cord length is like 5-6 feet but I don't have it near me right now. It has worked fairly well for me so far, except sometimes Amazon isn't able to open the garage door (I think it is because they use scanners that require a cell phone connection and there is often no signal at my house). In that case, they leave the package outside where I tell them to in the Key app.
Question:	Will it work with Marantec (M line
Answer:	The myQ-G0401, is not compatible with Marantec garage door openers.
Question:	Is the ring camera wired or battery powered
Answer:	This package includes the Ring indoor cam which requires a power supply. So to be clear, it uses wifi to transmit the camera image, but wire for powering. No battery. You can use any Ring camera device with the chamberlain MyQ. My advice is to use the ring outdoor cam which you can have wired or battery or both. The outdoor cam is a better built camera too.

Answer:	Yes, make sure you get an installer that pays attention to details and is local. The problem with Amazon Home Services is, they don't always use local contractors, my guy came from around 45 miles away. Best to contact local installer yourself.

Answer:	It only works with a 2 wire/24v signal, like the button mounted inside your garage. It doesn't work with 1,3 or more wires, and it's doesn't work with wireless openers.
