Answer:	A charger should have been included, can't say if you received a used one. You can use any standard charger to charge it. I'm sure it would be just fine. The blinking light is just an added feature to make it cute. The sprayer's light changes colors and blinks too. Also, to make it work, if you choose to use alcohol, you do have to dilute it or it will not work.

Answer:	This depends on the size of the acorns and hickory nuts. The approximate maximum spacing between the wires of my Kollectaball 60 is 1/2 inch. So anything smaller in diameter than that would likely fall out or may not be picked up at all.

Answer:	I am not sure if it will pick up black walnuts, unless if your tennis court is rated by them. This will pick up tennis balls with ease and efficiency. Although I think this is extremely highly priced. It does a great job of picking up the balls. Answer:	About 30 to 40 mph from a distance of 25 to 30 feet. The balls that come with it, or are recommended for it, are junk, however it works great if you buy JUGGS plastic balls. I've had one in my basement for several years hitting JUGGS balls with wood bats and love it. The balls break occasionally after a long period of time but can really take a beating. I set-up the machine on stacked crates so that the machine is at shoulder height thus replicating a very inexpensive indoor pitching machine. If you buy good balls they will be delivered consistently in the strike zone. The best money I've spent for practicing baseball in the winter.

Answer:	We'll be happy to assist you. When buying from an authorized dealer, the original owner will have 1 Year Limited Warranty and 5 Year Service Policy (discounted rate for repair if needed) from purchase date. This covers normal wear and manufacturer defect, and labor.
Question:	just received a unit but no manual included. where can i get one
Answer:	The Robo-Pong 2040+ can use either 40mm or 40+mm balls. We would not recommend mixing them because they will have a different landing position due to the size difference. The Robo-Pong works great with the two star Robo-Balls. We offer Robo-Balls in orange and white in 40mm and 40+mm. You can use table tennis balls from well known brands that are rated at least 1 star and purchased from an authorized dealer of that brand. Please note that most balls are rated by the manufacturer (unless stamped ITTF Approved) so company A's 3 star ball may not be as good as company B's 1 star ball.

Answer:	Yes it does, it has one power, oscillate and speed control where you can set the speed of the osilation from left to right, the speed and the spin of the ball. Is a pretty good machine.

Answer:	Ultimate the shooting speed depends on the combined speeds of top spin and down spin you set. Say if you set the top spin as X and down spin as Y. The shooting speed would be X+Y. The amount and direction of the spin would be (X-Y) (top spin if X>Y, down spin if X
