  5. Racquetball Racquets: Players use specialized racquetball racquets, which are shorter and wider than tennis racquets. These racquets are designed for quick swings and precise control of the ball.

  6. Rules and Scoring: Racquetball is played with specific rules and scoring systems. Points are awarded based on whether the ball is successfully hit past your opponent, and matches are typically played in a best-of-three or best-of-five game format.

  7. Fitness Benefits: Racquetball is a physically demanding sport that offers a great cardiovascular workout. Players must be agile, have quick reflexes, and possess good hand-eye coordination to excel in the game.

  8. Safety: Due to the speed and power of racquetball balls, players must wear protective eyewear to prevent eye injuries. Safety glasses or goggles specifically designed for racquetball are strongly recommended.

  10. Competitive Organizations: There are national and international organizations governing racquetball, such as the USA Racquetball (USAR) in the United States. These organizations oversee tournaments, rankings, and the promotion of the sport.

In conclusion, racquetballs are the essential equipment used in the sport of racquetball, known for their high bounce and integral role in the dynamic gameplay of this racquet sport. User questions & answers

Question: how was the speed of this ball compare with blue one
Answer: This ball is VERY slow. The color is a novelty and the ball is (in my opinion) not as much fun as others.
Question: What is the diameter of the balls
Answer: 2.25”
Question: Are these good for dogs playing fetch
Answer: I have a Jack Russell who chews through everything, but loves fetch. These balls are perfect for him! They could obviously be a chocking hazard for a large dog, but they’re the perfect size for him and so far, he’s not managed to tear it in to pieces!
Question: Not familiar with a racquetball, are they hard? (looking to use instead of tennis ball for rolling muscles
Answer: They are not hard, they are about the same "squishyness" as a tennis ball with a alot more grip. I use them for rolling my muscles a lacrosse ball is too much or not grippy enough. These are perfect for rolling out your forearms, ankles, back of you neck, and jaw muscles.

Bionic Men's Right Hand Racquetball Glove

Bionic

Based on 454 reviews Check latest price

Product description

The Racquetball Gloves are specifically designed to maximize your game. The lightweight breathable material will help your hands stay cool and comfortable.

The men's racquetball glove from Bionic is designed by an orthopedic hand surgeon to provide performance enhancing moisture control, grip, protection, and durability for your game. Constructed with high-grade, washable goatskin leather, the glove provides a grippy and durable palm. The glove's anatomical pad system evens out the surface of the hand for a lighter, more secure grip and also reduces fatigue. Meanwhile, flexible padding on the back of the hand offers knuckle protection from wall and floor impacts. Finally, the glove keeps moisture in check with eleven terry cloth mini-towels inside of the glove to absorb sweat and a form-fitting terry cloth wristband that both absorbs sweat and provides wrist support.

Exclusive Glove Technology--Developed by an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to:

Reduce Hand Fatigue--Increase Grip Strength--and--Support the Hand's Natural Dexterity

  • Anatomical Relief Pad System: The hand has natural peaks and valleys determined by the placement of the bones. Typically the high points of the bone rub against tools and equipment, causing blisters, calluses, and fatigue. Bionic gloves are designed to solve this problem with strategically placed pads in the glove, that eliminate the peaks and valleys--evening the surface of the hand--to result in improved grip strength, reduced hand fatigue, and reduced friction--to virtually eliminate calluses and blisters.
  • Pre-Rotated Finger Design: Because your forefinger and pinky naturally rotate inward toward the center of your hand when grasping an object, Bionic gloves feature a pre-rotated design that follows the natural motion of your fingers, to offer a comfortable, second-skin feel, and natural movement when gripping.
  • Web and Motion Zones:

The hands combine 14 phalanx bones as well as large number of tendons and muscles to allow for an intricate range of motion and dexterity. Bionic gloves offer Motion Zones over the knuckles, and Web Zones between the fingers, made of stretchable and breathable Lycra to provide greater flexibility, support the hand's natural dexterity, and keep the hands cool and dry.

The Bionic Custom Fit--A guideline to sizing your glove
Men’s Sizing
Small: 7 3/4 to 8 inches
Medium: 8 to 8 1/4 inches

XX Large: 9 1/4 to 9 1/2 inches

To find out your glove size, measure (in inches) around your dominant hand (when ordering pairs) with a tape measure at the place indicated on the diagram shown at right. Use the tape measurements below to determine your proper glove size.

  • Anatomical pads system evens out the surface of your hands to promote a lighter, more secure grip for enhanced racquet control.
  • Eleven terry cloth mini-towels inside the glove absorb moisture to help keep your hands cool and dry.
  • Top-grade sheepskin leather helps prevent slippage, while holding up to the wear and tear of heavy, frequent play.
  • Form-fitting terry cloth wristband absorbs sweat and provides added wrist support.

User questions & answers

Question: about how much rebound % do they have from a 3-4 foot drop I'm looking to get some for bounce juggling? Ideally they would need like 75% rebound
Answer: I purchased them for my granddaughter to play wth. I have no reason to think that they would be any less durable than standard racquetballs, and they are brightly enough colored so visibility should not be an issue. But I have not played racquetball with them. I had to give up the game years ago due to arthritis. So it is presumptions.
Question: Are these hollow inside? How well do they bounce? Are they better for dogs fetching than for humans playing handball? Thanks
Answer: I am not sure. I will see if i have 1 of the containers and read it
Question: Are these supposed to be a solid color? Just orded them and I got the rainbow spiraled colors
Answer: This is a tube of 3 racquetballs
Question: Do these float for fetch in the water
Answer: Yes, package include 10pcs.
