Answer:	Hi, I am not sure of the exact size of your child's legs. These type of knee pads go by the size of your legs verses your weight. They are supposed to fit like a glove, tight enough not to roll or fall down, they have a band at the top and bottom of them. They are the long pair. My daughters are 5.5 & 5.7 over 130 lbs, they wear size L. They go from mid calf to mid thigh on them. Not sure how much of the leg you want covered. I would recommend the size M, but if you can make an easy return, maybe order 2 sizes just in case. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There's no olympic sport so not real sizes are in effect. Some older and younger groups use big, light balls. Ex beach or indoor players often use their older official leather/composite balls that get heavy with water use (so official beach Wilson, Mikasa, Spalding KOB's). Most of those balls are 24"-28" inches. Lighter plastic balls are better for shoulder but are not good for environment. "Biribol" is a pool tournament volleyball variant in Brazil, they use a light 24.5 inch yellow, brand name "Penalty" Biribol ball.

Answer:	I would say from a weight classification it aligns more with high school/adult but I have used it for younger kids as well. It is not more difficult for the younger kids to server it over hand since it heavier than the regulation balls for 12 and under group such as the Molten 12U or Volley-Lite.
