Answer:	The bend makes it easier to get the air where you what it to go, around obstructions, etc. Very handy when, for instance, you want to blow the chaff off of a lawn mower deck or from an engine compartment, but definitely problematic if you're trying to clear deep holes. The construction is very light aluminum, so I guess you could bend the tube straight to suit your particular application. Would probably go down a 3/8" hole, if so straightened.

Answer:	No problem with the fake leather on the headband and ear cups of my Sony MX-4. The stand has a hard, shiny finish that makes it easy to slide your headphones on and off. Also, I particularly like the dowel-like feet that keep the stand from scratching your desk or whatever flat surface it sits on. Highly recommended.

Answer:	Many folks ask " good for ____ headset". The stand will accommodate virtually any headset (w. mic) or headphones. The only worry folks have is the squared-off-ness of the edge. I haven't found anything deleterious to my headphone padding, but you can always kludge some padding to the stands edge to give it a rounder contour if that is a concern to you. The stand, by the way is very stable. There's no need to worry there.

Answer:	I agree the cinch is worthless. For a while I was tying it like others have mentioned here. Then I finally replaced the factory cinch with a cinch I made from a PVC pipe I had laying around: 1" diameter PVC pipe. Cut to 1/5" long drill 4 holes around middle, evenly spaced (at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions). Hole should be slightly larger than the cinching rope (I think I used 5/8" diameter) Thread one rope through 12 and 9 positions and the other through 3 and 6 positions then tie the ends together (on side away from bag). Obviously, this is effort that should not be necessary, but if you are handy, this completely solved the problem. With that modification, I love my bag. (I am posting in the hopes that Fitdom will notice and make notes for future production runs).
