| Answer: | There is no tag or marking for made in USA, I don’t have the package but I don’t believe it was on the plastic bag. The only marking is on the front like the photo shows. It works fine for lifting and a good neck workout, the only drawback being it only works the back of the neck not the front. You lean over the weight swings as you straighten the neck, I’m using two 10 lb weights. I did try laying out on my bench facing up hanging my head over, with the weight dangling down, it does work the other neck muscles but it’s cumbersome and a little awkward, just have to go slow and reduce the weight. |
