Answer:	Good morning, It is recommended to use Clorox wipes to clean your headgear. The straps could probably go in the washing machine, but it is not necessary. Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!

Answer:	What covers the ears are foam.... The only "plastic" is the clear cups on the sides. My boys love theirs! Easy to fit, stays secure and the can still hear their coaches.
Question:	What is the smallest head circumference this is recommended for? My son is right at 21 inches so trying to decided on youth size or this one
Answer:	My son has a normal to large head. I measured it today at 23 3/4". Given the amount of velcro on the straps, 21" would fit. It's just a matter of adjusting all the straps to get the best fit. Answer:	Yes you would have to talk the strap all the way off then take off the cup there

Answer:	I’m guessing snaps I can tell you never in a match ha sir come off and my son wrestles high school and tournaments at 152.

Answer:	So under the padding there will be loops with the top and rear straps in them all you have to do it fold back the padding then adjust the straps trough the loops

Answer:	It's a bigger size for sure. I did personally buy it for my 10 year old son. Too alot of adjusting but it did work great for him. You can pull the ends of the straps to tighten and/out loosen them. You will have to stuff the ends back on and every which a away in order to hide the ends once you have the perfect fit. All in all I would give it a 5. Just because it is an adult. And fits snug did not move one my son the first 3 (and only tournaments he has done so far) but we're getting back into it at the end of February. Hope this helps. Sorry for the story.

I even tried it on with my big head, no way.. It covers the ear and the whole side of the head.. I guess some people like them like that.. Sent it back and ordered a different Adidas model in youth size.. Fits perfect.

Question:	Are these acceptable for use in high school wrestling
Answer:	I don't know the regulations for high school wrestling, but as far as being effective, yes. I use them for dojo use and we do a lot of grappling, ground work, etc and they work great. I've used them about six weeks now and no issues other than periodically someone grabbing them instead of grabbing hair. They do slightly impede your hearing and they tend to be a little warm, but my ears are now safe. I love them because they're not bulky and look great.
Question:	Can this be used in kickboxing as a shockprotector
Answer:	This can be used for enhanced protection against impacts and rubbing
Question:	I can't find many review on these. How is the comfort with these? Do they get really hot
Answer:	This is the only head gear I have ever tried so I can't speak to the others, but yes it does get hot. Especially if you are not use to wearing headgear. It is also hard to hear when you are wearing them. However they are comfortable and don't aggravate your training partner.
Question:	Would this be good if i already have cauiflower
Answer:	Depends on how much cauliflower ear you have, I have a little and it does the job well protecting. One of my training partners ears are not as pretty and he reckons that its not as comfortable with a great deal of rubbing.
