Answer:	I normally wear size 6.5-7 in other shoes, so ordered the Mens 5/Womens 7 in this. There's plenty of room for my foot, so she should be okay with the same size, if she's for sure no bigger than 7.5. If she's even a bit more toward 8, I would recommend going up one. Hope this helps.
