Answer:	No it doesn't rebound back, falls to ground. My 15 yr olds have had since Christmas and they rip into it pretty hard( that can be little loud) and its held up great. Will ricochet if hit metal.

Answer:	This comes with a couple quick fasteners to attach this to your lax goal and it sounds like that is what you are describing.

Answer:	Put the end without the fastener through the hole on the target, than go around the post, then open up the loop put the fastener inside the loop and it should hold.
