Answer:	Not a chance. It's really small. My 5 year.old, who is very small for his age, barely fits it. Don't waste your money on this set, it is REALLY crappy and not made well at all. It's basically only good for a 2-3 year old.

I got him the 11 which were just right but no room for growth. So they could be good for s year... 11 won't be that huge on them and if they are playing ice hockey they are better big to protect their wrists from slashing....

Answer:	I'd say no. Especially if your 11 year old is serious about playing. This set is very light and thin. Seems more like dress up than real equipment in my opinion. I got it for my 5 year old and ended up buying him a set made by Reebok, which was much better. Cost me about $100.
