Answer:	I actually returned the pants because they are so wide. I wear shin pads coaching but they were too wide for my liking. Some of the bigger coaches liked them that wide. The sizing seemed weird. I normally wear a medium sweatsuit. With this brand I could have worn a small pant but the waist too tight and a large jacket.

Answer:	I would say definitely NOT. I am 40 years old, 5'10" 180lbs and I ordered a size Large and they were so big I could not even use the drawstring to get them tight enough to stay on my 34-36" waist.
