I set-up the machine on stacked crates so that the machine is at shoulder height thus replicating a very inexpensive indoor pitching machine. If you buy good balls they will be delivered consistently in the strike zone. The best money I've spent for practicing baseball in the winter. |

The weight of the balls gives them a lot of movement , which gives the appearance that they are going faster. The curves and sliders are the biggest advantage that this machine can give you. It's harder to hit than the real thing, so makse hanging curves look like they are on a tee. A real pitcher can't throw curves or sliders as good as this machine. |

Generally, you can figure you're going to get half the result. So prepared properly and possibly a little bevel, 1/8in would be about max Remember voltage is the pressure or pushing force of the amperage or heat. |

| Answer: | I do not know for sure. You maybe able to determine from the photos I put in my review. I was able to change my two wire trigger to a three wire so I could reverse the polarity of ground so I can flux weld, or gas weld. I took a chance, and it worked for me. Once I started cutting the leads I knew there was no returning the gun, but I was pretty sure I could make it work, and it did. There were no replacement parts for my old Astro 110V, but this worked for mine. |
