Answer:	Not sure. My son is 3 years old, average size, and I have the adjustments set about half way if not smaller. His chin doesn't come all the way down to the chin guard. Plenty of room to grow into. I Imagine he could wear it for years.

Answer:	Most likely not. I bought this for my 8 year old and had to give it to my 5 year old daughter instead as it was too small for him.

Answer:	Might be a little big but workable. FOR THOSE AT THE4'9" size it might be better to go with the old fashion balloon chest protectors. You can still get those through many of the companies. I bought the set. It is a little small for me. I`m 5' 11" . around 200 pounds. I don't think you are going to find umpire gear smaller. Those producing umpire gear don't get a large calling for that size. You can buy through Amazon and return if not serviceable. Good luck, we need more and more younger umpires. Let me know if it works. Our associations always try to help those interested in development of umpires.
