Answer:	All bats purchased from us at HB Sports Inc. come with a receipt which is for a one year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. Hope this helps!
Question:	Does a repair count as a replacement under the warranty? Meaning if you send it in for a repair, you can't later send it back if something happens
Answer:	I have had several cracked barrels. They have replaced the bat with a new one. The new bat says replacement right above the grip which I have assumed wouldn’t get replaced again. I think if the original is repaired, you would still be eligible for a replacement due to warranty.
Question:	I heard this bat tends to crack easily if I buy through Amazon would the dimerini warranty still be valid
Answer:	If you buy through amazon the warranty is still valid. These are great bats, but if your kid has a decent swing speed the drop 10 version does crack fairly easily. Demarini does have excellent customer service and warranty replacement is very hassle free. If your player is strong enough you might consider the drop 8 version. Those do not crack as easily.
Question:	Does anyone have a sense of what percentage of these bats break? the reviews on amazon and demarini suggest a lot break, but are we talking 50%? more

Question:	What are the differences between the 2018 and 2019 Solo? I know the lizard skin is gone but other than that is there a real noticeable difference
Answer:	I can’t speak to the difference as I only own one bat, not both. I can tell you that it is an excellent bat but once you commit to that kind of money it’s all about the specific weight and length that is best for your player. The tapered handle is a plus. In my opinion, a 2018 bat is just as good as a 2019 and probably priced lower.
Question:	How does the warranty works? I am from Canada
Answer:	I'm not sure, honestly. However, recently I just bought a similiar bat at a local brick and mortar store. It cracked upon its second use. The store told me that I needed to go online and return it directly through Louisville. We did this and they shipped us a new bat. Then we mailed our broken bat back. I'm not sure if it's the same return process for this bat or if purchased on Amazon. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
