Question: I want to buy somthing that will not be dangerous if g-d forbid someone gets hit by the bat.Is this light weight enough to be safe
Answer: The answer is yes! At least in my experience over a year or so. I carry this everywhere with me. And I forget it .... several times I have found it up side down in my back pack... for a couple of hours and not one drop leaked. Other times it’s dropped in the passenger floor of the car where o had to leave it until I came to a safe place to stop.... and it still didn’t leak at all. I know people have complaining about the “slow drip” when drinking but when you drop the mug while the to is open and nothing spills...... that’s a good thing!!

Answer: Yes you have to keep pressing the bottom while drinking , but it is ok , it is soft but firm . It is good but the cover is in two parts the top part is like s cover or lock , I have s problem with this top cover/ lock rotating as it was broken in the first month while removing it to clean inside parts of the cover .

Answer: I just purchased this as a gift for my sister. As with all my other Contigo purchases, this one has metal on it so my guess would be that you should not microwave it. I've never had an issue with having to rewarm anything though because Contigo keeps things hot for so long that it never needs reheating! I am a Contigo lover and will never use anything else to drink my coffee from each day!

Question: Why is the Green Bat so much cheaper
Answer: We have a Keurig K60/K65 Brewer with a removable drip tray and if you remove the drip tray, the mug fits nicely underneath. The K60/K65 is very similar to the K45 Elite Brewer, so I think it will work with that. I am not sure if it will fit other models though. My wife loves the mug and it keeps her coffee hot through the day!
