Answer:	Children that size typically don't play slow pitch softball or use wooden bats. Are you sure you don't want a baseball or fast pitch softball bat? I think kids that size usually use a 28-30" bat depending on their grip and upper body strength. Also, you probably want a composite bat. This is made of maple.

Answer:	No
Question:	what is the measurement of this bag
Answer:	My 10 year old son uses this without trouble and I purchased a similar sized one for another son who is 8 and weighs 42 lbs for soccer (it carries the ball and cleats, etc) and he also uses it without trouble.

Answer:	They also sell a soccer bag that has a zipper ball compartment - you might consider that instead of the baseball one. That area for the helmet is open and only has those little 4 closures. I wouldn’t put my boxing gloves in there.
