Only way I can explain this is if this ball is thrown off a wall it will bounce like rubber but it will impact the wall and make sound like a hardball. |

However the weight is different as she must be able to hold the bat from two angles without dropping it. 1. In front of her and 2. Out the the side. That being said, usually an 8yr old is between a 26-28 lenght and 11-17 sometimes 18 weight |
