Answer:	Hi. I got this for my then 5 to 6 year old grand daughter who is on the thin side to the bathing suit bottom was a bit large. She used the fin all last summer before the pandemic closed the pools and it was fine when they stored it. I got the most inexpensive one I found because kids move on to the next thing quickly so I'm not sorry that I got this one and it worked just fine for her.
Question:	Does the tail opens at the bottom ?? To use it with the fin
Answer:	Yes!! You can use it with the tail or the fin only.
Question:	My daughter is almost 8 but is tall and very skinny. She can wear size 6 pants but about 49 inches tall
Answer:	My grand daughter is 9 and this seems to work for her. She is not skinny though not actually heavy, just in between, She loves it, but I can't tell you for sure if yours will fit. I can't measure her, because she is not close.
Question:	How to put the monofin in without ripping the tail
Answer:	When I received the tail for my daughter it had snaps along the yips of the tail so you could open and put in from the bottom
