Answer:	No. This mouthgard is for the top teeth only. I suppose you could wear it facing down, but it is designed for one row of teeth (with space for braces). My teenage son used this for boxing, wrestling and Jiu Jitsu with no teeth, tongue or lip injury. Make sure you buy the correct size, there is an adult and youth version. The youth version was too small for him when he was 13.

Answer:	I'm not 100% sure but these state they work with braces cause they do not come off or will not stick to the rubber when molding to the hot rubber to fit. With the Invisiline, they may stick to each other since both pieces are somewhat the same material. I think you will be fine just using a regular mouth guard and may just need to get a cheaper one and purchase new one once you have to switch to a new tray. You can only use on top teeth, I think it maybe need to find a different style guard that covers top and bottom. May be uncomfortable to have 2 of these in at the same time.
