Answer:	I would say no, its rubbery, not hard.. My son wears it for lacrosse, but he wears a helmet too

Answer:	Once the water is boiled remove it from the heat and drop the mouthguard in for 15 seconds. Remove the mouthguard and form it around your teeth and gums. If needed the mouthguard can be remolded up to 10 times to get the perfect fit, as long as it is not over heated. If it is over heated it will shrink and deform.
Question:	Will this fit the small mouth of an adult? I can't wear adult sizes, too big. I tried 1 child's size and it wasn't long enough to cover the molars

Most of Shock Doctor's mouthguards do come that way, but this lip mouth guard comes in only one size. It is a ONe Size Fits Most, which means it will fit most bigger kids, approximately 10/11 up through adults. You are correct that most of their mouth guards are in 2 sizes, youth which is usually 10/11 and under, and adult which is approximately 11 and up.
