Answer:	I used it for the first time this weekend. On a backpacking trip. I thought it was useful to have in addition to a filter pump to bring water back to Camp. Question:	My hook didn't come with instructions and I can't figure out how to mount it. What do I do
Answer:	I believe it could be. It’s not that heavy. Just use it around the whole perimeter every several of inches. I used something similar Velcro strips. It’s been up for years now no issue. Shipping the item to us was the problem 2 times the mirror arrived broken. Finally we had success. Amazon customer service was very helpful.
Question:	What size should the pilot holes be for the provided drywall anchors
Answer:	I used command strips Velcro around the perimeter every several inches. It been up for years. You can also buy flat hooks and wire for hanging a paintings that would absolutely work. The command tape could help keep it in place.
Question:	Will this rust if I mount it in the shower as a luffa hook
Answer:	Any damages might have happened during transit. We have added additional packaging to avoid any future damages. Also you will get 100% refund or immediate replacement for any such damages. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Question:	Can these be mounted to tile
Answer:	Yes, I love mine, they're actually bigger than I thought they were going to be. They do hold a lot of things.

Answer:	Yes, it will with no problem. The door that I have it on is 1-3/8" and I would say up to 1-3/4" would also work.
Question:	where can I buy extra balls ? can I use kids tennis balls as replacement
Answer:	mostly my wifes shoes, dress/sandals/clogs and my dress shoes are kept in this. it will fit a doc marten 1460 boot in the pocket. if the hiking boot is a low profile sneaker type, not boot style It will fit in the ppocket
