Question:	How many items are a part of this purchase
Answer:	It is a total of 3 axes. The description is correct. I imagine the multiple pictures are to give you an idea of what your collection could look like if you purchased other Smith & Wesson products... As an aside, these axes were worth it. I’m a beginner, but they feel well-weighted. Once I got the hang of the distance I needed to stand from the target for my “sticking point,” these axes have been easy to use.

Answer:	It is one cover then can fit all three axes with a slight stagger
Question:	Can i buy seperate sheath for each
Answer:	I believe these are stainless steel, not carbon, tool, or alloy. I don’t know what type (ferritic, austenitic, etc) or grade (310, 410, etc) of stainless steel they are, but they are well crafted and VERY sharp. We use these quite often and sharpen them after each use, but they’ve held up nicely.

Question:	Has anyone found the correct size target clips? I want to get some extras
Answer:	It's pretty sharp out of the box. You wouldn't have any problem removing a few fingers if they were put in the wrong place. Does it need to be sharpened more? Mine didn't. However, as with all blades, they can always be sharper.

Answer:	This hatchet and the other versions to include the Voodoo and regular tomahawk are beyond sturdy. I have had this fasthawk and its larger counterpart for over 2 years. The fasthawk has yet to show any signs of damage and the full size hawk has just started to loosen up at the head but that is partly my fault for using it to split logs on a camping trip. They do great for small logs and creating kindling but not large stumps haha. Also it looks like i could just tighten up the bolts that hold it on and it would make it good as new. You cant go wrong with this hatchet. Oh and it also makes a great pelvic-splitter when gutting big game. Not too heavy either.

Answer:	My family has been throwing a pair at a pine stump for about a year now, they’ve held up just as good as the SOG brand “throwing hawks” pair we use to differentiate “teams”...and I prefer their weight to the SOG’s. I recommend wrapping the handle in 550 “paracord” for a more comfortable throw.

Answer:	Simply go to Office Depot and buy several of the black LARGE JUMBO sized binder clips as shown. Inevitably a shooter will end up hitting one of them occasionally.

Answer:	You buy the firring strips the size it says but you can buy cardboard targets and raise them along your strips up to 5ft. tall to 6ft. It's up to you. In fact I used mine today. I made my target the size of me(5ft 10in).

Answer:	The pressure plate in the upright support bracket should be a lose fit inside the tube. If it seems to be stuck in the tube at an angle it is probably just the E-coat finish holding it in place. Question:	Are the knives real
Answer:	They do stick well and are thick, so they should be able to take the abuse from throwing them. They are small. That makes them harder to throw by a grown-up than bigger knives IMHO. They do not have a sharp edge--which is what you would want from a throwing knife anyway, as if you throw them by holding the blade, you would be far more comfortable holding a blade that is not sharp. The tip is very sharp.
Question:	What is the notches that look like gears for on the top
Answer:	I believe (as I use them i.e. notches) for precision and grip on a finger of choice.....

Answer:	The long side is 2 5/8" and the short side is just under 2". That is for the actual sharp edge.

Answer:	I have only had one tip bend and that is due to my inaccuracy when I hit it agains the concrete. It still throws and sticks great though these are great beginner knives and I love them. The edges of mine got banged up again due to my throwing them agains the concrete but the sharpened right back and are wonderful
