My 7 yr old daughter and my 10 year old daughter have @ 21 inch heads. My 13 year old and I both have @ 22 inch heads. These Boxing Helmets have a nice adjustable velcro strap system on the back to accommodate a wide range of sizes. I bought smalls for my 7 & 10 yr olds. I bought my 13 yr old a medium which I can use too. They are pretty nice helmets.

Answer:	I’m not sure, but I’ve purchased a small for my 8 year old daughter and it works beautifully.

Answer:	Although this was a gift for one of my students, he said the size was spot on. However it did tend to slide up on him during sparring? My student is a pressure fighter and his defense would break down on the inside from time to time. Let’s say he ate his share of uppercuts. And I’ve seen he go through this with other headgear as well. He said it was a secure and snug fit, but once it got sweaty it become a problem for the vision.

Answer:	I also was not sure and went with a medium. I don't have a large head, just average size. I'm an adult female size small in clothes. The medium fits well, definitely tight enough to not move. The small may not have fit. It is adjustable as you lace the back. I think anyone with a larger face.. Perhaps women's size med /large+, or men maybe large....
