Question:	will it slide around if I'm working out
Answer:	Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Answer:	Ordered 1/4/20 Prime and "fulfilled by Amazon Services" but hasn't shipped as of 1/13/20. According to Amazon site it is in stock and we could have it Wednesday, 1/5/20 if we ordered now or nine days ago. We will see.
Question:	Could this be used as a sleep mat
Answer:	It’s long enough to be a good sleep mat. But the material is a synthetic leather like material and does not breath that great. It better then the floor, the foam is fairly dense. It’s a great mat for relaxing on the floor, working out, and perfect for kids or a not so picky adult to nap on.

Answer:	I have had this mat for over a year and have not noticed any smells. Maybe when it was first taken out of the box. But I haven’t really noticed anything. It’s probably coated nylon to make it waterproof and sweat proof and to give it some puncture resistance. Mine is fine but maybe they have changed materials since I purchased mine.

Question:	Will this fray my carpeted floors due to the Velcro backside?? Is there something that is made to put under it to be used on carpet

It was supposed to arrive end of April, payment was deducted, and it said it would be deliver on specific date but then it said there was a delay. I tried to cancel, but it said that it was already in the process of being shipped. New update said it was supposed to arrive between 5/11-5/13. I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't. Have no idea what's going on here. Smh

Answer:	Each segment (panel) of the mat is 2' and there are 5 segments (panels) that when unfolded measures 10'. The thickness of each panel is 2". It is only ABOUT 10 I inches high when folded and laid flat.

Answer:	I have the medium sized mat and it’s plenty big for my 8 year old for years to come. I usually turn it up on its side and push it up against a wall for storage. Sticks out 15 inches from the wall and is 30 inches wide (and 30 inches tall folded and up on its side)

Answer:	If you are planning on using it for yoga or something similar, no, it is not too short and it will be perfect for that. If you are planning on tumbling or anything like that, then yes, it is far too short. It is good size for a kid's tumbling mat. But I am 5'4" and I can lay down and still have a little room above my head and below my feet, so if you want to use it for yoga it would be perfect

Question:	Does it separate in half? Quarter? Anyone know where I can find one that does
Answer:	I bought this for my daughter when she was 5 1/2 and it was a little big for her, but she was still able to use it with some assistance (I knowingly bought big because I wanted her to be able to use if for many years to come). She is 7 now and its the perfect fit for practicing back flips, but her hands and feet do not touch the floor just yet for back bends.

Answer:	It would depend on how tall the 12 year old is. For the average 12 year old, I would say that yes, it would probably work. If the 12 year old is really tall, it might not work for him/her. My tall 9 year old loved it.

Answer:	Definitely my daughter is about that (8 years old) and it is still a bit big but works great and she can grow with it.

• Does my Air track seem to be leaking?

First of all, check if the valves are properly closed.

A puncture in the surface or damage to a seam could cause Air track to leak.

It is normal for an Air Product to lose some pressure over time. In particular, when using it outdoors, you may

need to refill them a few times a day. This is not because it is leaky; it is simply a law of nature (hot air takes up

more space than cold air).

• How do I protect the valves?

Never stand on the valves.

During exercise, land no closer than 20cm to the valve.

Do not force the pump, pressure gauge or cap when applying the pump to the valve

• Do i need an underlay for the Air track when using outdoors?

We always recommend that you protect your Air track when using it outdoors, you might use blankets, tarpaulins, or some protective underlay for longer product lifespan.

Answer:	I honestly don't know. But I can say I tumbled for years in middle-high school and this matt is comparable to a good gyms mat.

Answer:	I emailed the company and asked them. Yes it is 100% lead free.
Question:	Anyone try it for Jujitsu? Judo throws / falls? grappling
Answer:	I use it for my kids’ judo at home, only for ground techniques. Since I only got a 4x8 one, I haven’t had the boys do any throws but I’m sure it’ll be fine if I added another mat right next to the one we have. These are pretty good mats!
