I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. Answer:	Good luck with the warranty! It says there’s a 60 day free replacement for defective or broken parts. I’ve had it less than 60 days and the pump and hose were damaged when I received them. I hoped they would still work well enough, so I tried but it didn’t work the way it was supposed to. I contacted them, and their response was that they didn’t have the parts to be able to replace the damaged ones. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I have had so far!

Question:	what is the size of the large mat when folded? live in a small house and limited on where to store when not in use
Answer:	I have the medium sized mat and it’s plenty big for my 8 year old for years to come. I usually turn it up on its side and push it up against a wall for storage. Sticks out 15 inches from the wall and is 30 inches wide (and 30 inches tall folded and up on its side)
