Answer:	hey! I'm in between sizes as well. If you're truely wearing them when you workout you fingers will swell a little anyways so a five should be fine. I'm in between a 5 and a 5.5 and i ordered the 5.5 and they are perfect! Plus its not like your regular bands they aren't super smoth and slipery like metal that slips off. They hug the skin nicely.
