Answer:	I definitely would recommend not doing flyaways on this bar. It only raises to 5 ft and at that height is not super stable to do any sort of release move!

Answer:	No, this bar does not need to be anchored down. It will not tip because of the angle of the legs. It's not meant to be anchored. My 10 yr old uses it, but I have tried it out too. I am 120 lbs, and 5'4" tall, and this bar stays put. It will not even slide around because of the rubber on the bottom of the legs. It's a really great item!
