You just shouldn't guarantee a delivery date if you can't make it. That said.....It's a great bar, very sturdy, and my 8 year old daughter absolutely loves it. But I will probably look for a different company when purchasing other gymnastics items.

Question:	Could a 60 pound gymnast practice casts and cast handstand on this bar? As well as clear hip circles
Answer:	It’s pretty sturdy and elevates fairly high. Would recommend anchoring it down to the floor if possible. Would also by some athletic tape and wrap the bar, it’s not the smoothest. My 3 girls use it everyday and we haven’t had any issues with it. I’m 190 pounds and did a test pull up on it with no problems

Question:	which swing rope and Ladder would be compatible with this
Answer:	There is definitely some would under the foam padded outside but I can not tell you the quality of the wood. It seems cheap and hollow. When I pick up the beam I hear something rattling on the inside. Using a piece of lumber would work but you would need to add the padding on the outside. If you used the wood it would be solid and more durable. This beam is shaped like a trapezoid and a piece of lumber is a rectangle. I think a 4”x6”x8” would give you a wider base and make it more sturdy. Hopefully this helps.

Answer:	Well I'm pretty sure 5'10" is kind of tall 😁 and this would still work well

Answer:	There is a small piece that wedges at the top of a door. When you close the door it stays put. The longer strap attaches to the loop at the top of the door. The longer strap has two loops to put your feet in. One a foot is in the loop, it's like a pulley where you use your arm to hoist the leg up as far as you can. Works great.
Question:	The pedestals on each side do not touch the ground. Am I putting it together wrong or is the product effect
Answer:	Hi Emilia, I think it will be fine. Girl in the photo is 5'7" and you can see she has extra strap length she can use. The limiting factor is not the necessary the length of the strap but the height of the D-Ring (top of the door) if you will be extending your leg completely vertical.
