Answer:	Hello Ashley :) it depends of your daughter height. For example my daughter is 10 years old and around 5.3 inch and she use them. If needed you can make a knot and everything will be perfect :) enjoy stretching

Answer:	I don't think there is a weight limit. I have it under a gymnastic bar and my hysband uses one for exercises. He is over 200 lbs.

Answer:	My daughter has it outside, but covers the wood pole when it’s not being used. She also stores it for the winter. It has held up very well. We purchased it a year ago.
