It was supposed to arrive end of April, payment was deducted, and it said it would be deliver on specific date but then it said there was a delay. I tried to cancel, but it said that it was already in the process of being shipped. New update said it was supposed to arrive between 5/11-5/13. I got excited when I received a UPS tracking confirmation to arrive on 5/13. But every time I checked tracking it basically said that the label was created and that UPS is basically waiting for the product so they can ship it. The update I got was that it was supposed to be delivered by 8pm today, 5/14. Nothing arrived, UPS still says its waiting for the item. Now it says it should arrive by this wknd. But I have a feeling it won't. Have no idea what's going on here. Smh

Question:	which swing rope and Ladder would be compatible with this
Answer:	There is definitely some would under the foam padded outside but I can not tell you the quality of the wood. It seems cheap and hollow. When I pick up the beam I hear something rattling on the inside. Using a piece of lumber would work but you would need to add the padding on the outside. If you used the wood it would be solid and more durable. This beam is shaped like a trapezoid and a piece of lumber is a rectangle. I think a 4”x6”x8” would give you a wider base and make it more sturdy. Hopefully this helps.

Answer:	When I bought the pink for my daughter, they offered the pink upgrade. It cost a little more but I found that the color was just a little more vibrant. I got the regular pink. One you have it at home it really won’t matter. Wi to h all that said, I love the bar it’s really steady and strong. My daughter is 10yrs. And she hasn’t had any problems with it at all. Question:	I’m confused...the product description indicates the bar is fiberglass, but reviews refer to wood. Which is correct? Or am I missing something
Answer:	Do you have the two pink bars that fold down and lock into place straight on either side of the silver bar? Those hinged bars move so you can fold the bars up for storage, so if they aren’t open the whole way the black circles won’t hit the floor. Wish I could take a photo. Hope that helps!

Answer:	I am not sure what a level 3 is but I have a 7 year old grand daughter who has been in gymnastics for 3 years and she loves it.
Question:	In the photos, the knobs used to adjust the height are positioned with one knob on the inside and one knob on the outside. Are the photos accurate
Answer:	My daughter is 60# and it works good with basic pull overs and pull ups but to do flips it wiggles. We usually hold it.
